Our Key People - The Play Makers
Early learning staff are called Educators; as well as Group Leaders, Directors and Assistants. The KinderMarlee team are all key people, as well as masterful 'play makers' in the lives of young children. Labels and titles however, are not everything. What is important is the commitment, values and beliefs each person gives to their role.
Kindergarten Teacher. Jacinta has her Masters of Learning Innovation in Early Childhood Teaching, and degrees in Education and Arts. With three children of her own, Jacinta is a strong believer in the educational and developmental benefits of play-based learning. Jacinta loves initiating experiences that provoke children's imaginations and creativity in endless ways.
Hello my name is Tiffany. I have a Certificate III in Children's Services and worked in child care before taking time off to raise my own children. I am really excited to back in the field that I love. When I am not working with the children, some of the things I enjoy are flying, four-wheel-driving, camping, fossicking and exploring Australia.
Educator: Andrea has her Certificate III in Children's Services and has almost completed her Diploma of Children's Services. Andrea works mostly in the Art Studio.
Educator Brooke is a natural with the children, especially those who share her love for the outdoors. She has lots of local knowledge, especially of the hinterland having been born and raised in Peachester.
Lead Educator - Karen has a Diploma of Children's Services and works mostly with the under three years old children.
Educator - Catherine has her Certificate III in Children's Services. Catherine often works in The Nest or on The Common with our littlest people.
Sue is tertiary qualified (Bachelor of Education - Early Childhood) and has more than 15 years' experience in the industry. She has raised four boys of her own and is also the proud owner of KinderMarlee.
